Reservations begin and end at the precise time you chose when reserving.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation and check-in with our cat staff at the desk before heading over to the barista for drinks and snacks.

Due to space constraints, we are not able to accommodate birthday parties.

Nine Lives Café & Cat Lounge is closed every Wednesday and our cat lounges are closed from 1-2p every day for cleaning and to give our cats a break.

Please review our age policies below and understand that we do not make exceptions to them.
Our afternoon and evening age restrictions are in place to help provide a healthy, safe, and low-stress environment for our cats.

10am - 1pm: All ages permitted in Cat Lounge
1 - 2pm: Lounges closed for cleaning
2 - 4pm: 13+
5 - 7pm: ADULTS ONLY (ages 18+)
